Peach Mango Pico de Gallo Salsa Recipe Ingredients 1 Peach 1 Mango 3-4 Roma Tomatoes 3-4 Tomatillos 2 cloves Garlic 1/2 Red Onion (or sweet while onion) 1/2 bunch cilantro (about 1/2 cup chopped) 1 lime Salt and Pepper Directions Finely chop tomatoes (remove seeds and juice from the tomatoes), tomatillos, peach (make sure to peel first), mango, onions and garlic. Make sure you chop all pieces nice and small and the same size. Roll up your cilantro in the tightest ball possible and chop. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. I hate when I open my microwave and find gobs of splatter everywhere. I swear no matter how hard we try to prevent the food from splattering everywhere – it still happens. I have discovered an amazing and easy way to clean the microwave in less than 30 seconds without any effort at all. As easy as 1-2-3 Fill a microwave safe glass with water 1/2 full. Add 3 tbsp white distilled vinegar. Turn microwave on for 2 minutes. Take a damp cloth and wipe down microwave. Everything should wipe off with easy. No effort, no chemicals.

Ingredients 6 large Beets (approximately 6 cups) 4 cups water 2 cups Distilled White Vinegar 1 1/2 cup White Sugar 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice 4 quart size Ball Mason Jars Directions Peel and cut beets.
