Balboa Shopping Cart Cover Review

Back when I had my first daughter 10 years ago I had a shopping cart cover that was large, bulking and butt ugly! Sorry to be so blunt…but it’s the truth! I was recently give the opportunity to review this Balboa Shopping Cart cover and Oh My Goodness, I love it!
