Happy Resurrection Day!!!

Happy Resurrection Day!!! What an amazing day…a day where we get to remember how Jesus walked on this earth…lived a life very similar to ours (except without sin) worked miracles on a daily basis… prophesied His death and resurrection…was denied by his best friends…tortured…and killed one of the most painful deaths known to man. And he did all of this so that we can live an eternal life in heaven along side himself and our great Heavenly Father!

The best part is not that Jesus walked and lived a sinless life…or even that He suffered through a tremendous amount of pain and embarrassment for you and for me…but that HE AROSE FROM THE DEAD!!! That is right Jesus is not dead…but He is alive and because He is alive we too can live eternally! All we have to do is believe that Jesus is real…that He truly did live a sinless life and died on the cross so that our sins can be forgiven and on the third day arose from the dead!!! If you believe all of those things you too are welcome to life eternally…simply ask the Lord to take control of your life…for the Holy Spirit to come and be your conscience and to live in your heart!!!

I will be celebrating Easter Sunday with my family today…I am pretty sure the deals can wait a few hours…I will see you all again later this evening…after the Easter celebrations of ended for the day 🙂
