Homemade Peppermint Sugar Scrub Recipe
There is nothing more relaxing then soaking your feet in nice warm water and then exfoliating them with a refreshing peppermint scrub. I absolutely love the way my feet feel after getting a pedicure, but let’s face it – it’s just not affordable to get pedicures weekly. I love to give my feet a little extra TLC in between pedi’s. Simply soaking your feet is so good for the dry skin that can build up. However did you know that peppermint has some amazing qualities? My favorite quality is that it is an anti-inflammatory for your feet.
This fabulous Peppermint Sugar Scrub makes a fabulous gift. Make some up for your girlfriends – just to say you love them, or as a baby shower gift to give that momma the girt of decreasing the swollen feet, or even make up a batch or two to give as a Christmas gift!
I love this recipe and I really hope you love it too! Enjoy 🙂

Does it matter what kind almond oil you use? And then what section of the store do you find the almond oil and peppermint oil?

I am so glad you asked Ashley! I forgot to leave links to purchase those oils. I personally don’t buy my oils at the store I find them more expensive. I typically purchase these types of products on Amazon! I have added links to the best deals…good luck! Let me know if I can help you with anything else!
