Old Time Candy #Review and #Giveaway: A candy for every decade!
Old Time Candy is an absolutely fantastic website, perfect for anyone of any age! I received a 4 lb decade box of the 80’s to review and it blew my mind! My husband and I were both like little kids when we received our box in the mail. Both of us born in the early 80’s we were able to enjoy the full decade of candies growing up. There were so many candies we haven’t seen or even heard of in years, and just like we were kids again we enjoyed splurging once again. We started with Cry Baby sour candies, Fire Balls and even candy cigarettes. As a kids I grew up knowing that smoking was bad…however sneaking over to the local gas station with friends and purchasing a box of candy cigarettes is one childhood memory that makes me chuckle every time I reminisce.
We actually had so much fun with our 1980’s decade box, we have decided to go ahead and purchase an earlier decades box for our parents for a gift this year! There are several different decade boxes you can choose from including 20′s, 30′s, 40′s, 50′s, 60′s, 70′s, 80′s and 90′s. We are thinking of getting our parents the 50’s and 60’s boxes…I think they will really love the unique gift and have just as much fun as my husband and I had!
There are over 650 different assortments of candy available through Old Time Candy. My favorites are the decade boxes, which start as low as $23.99 for a 2 lb box (with 40 pieces) or $39.99 for 4 lbs (with 70 pieces). You can also choose to get an assorted decades box which comes with candies from all the decades.
GIVEAWAY TIME! Enter to win a 4 lb Decade Box of your choice ($39.99 value). This giveaway is running from 4/13-4/21. Good Luck 🙂
