    Monday, October 17th: Savory Butternut Squash Soup Ingredients: 1 Butternut Squash, chopped 2 Sweet Potatoes, chopped 1/2 cup Carrots, chopped 1/2 cup Onions, chopped 1/2 cup Celery, chopped 2 cups Chicken Broth 1 cinnamon stick 3/4 cup Butter 3 tbsp fresh Sage, diced 3 tbsp Seasoning blend (approx. 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp fennel, 1 tsp coriander…blended finely together) 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar 1/4 cup dark Molasses 3 tbsp white sugar 1/2 cup cream or milk (optional) Directions: Pre-Heat oven to 350 degrees.
