Veggie Tales In the House on Netflix (Review & Giveaway)!

Veggie Tales has always been a favorite in our home! I love the wholesome short videos, featuring the adorable talking vegetables and Godly principles. With four kids we have definitely seen our share of Veggie Tale movies – but somehow they never seem to get old! That’s why I am so excited to share with you this awesome news that Netflix and Veggie Tales are working together for the holidays with Veggie Tales in the House on Netflix.

The new Veggie Tales in the House series premiered on November 26th 2014 and featured 5 two part episodes available on Netflix for a limited time. We have all been enjoying the new Veggie Tales in the House series in our house! I love that I can allow my kids to go onto Netflix to pick one of their favorite Veggie Tales episodes and I don’t have to worry about them selecting anything inappropriate.  Each episode is only about 20 minutes long which is perfect for our 30 minute TV time limit in our house! I would love to share with you my favorite episode so far – but to be honest they are all so good!

Here are the Veggie Tales in the House Episodes Available on Netflix:

• Puppies and Guppies: After seeing Ichabeezer with a puppy, Larry and Laura Carrot each want one of their own, but can they even take care of a bowl of guppies?
• Sorry, We’re Closed: In an effort to hide from one another, Bob, Larry, and the rest of the Veggie cast accidentally get locked in Pa Grape’s store overnight.
• Bob and the Awesome Frosting Mustache: Bob orders “hair anywhere growth frosting” so he can grow a huge mustache in order to have the confidence to compete in a karaoke contest.
• Bob and Larry Getting Angry: After hearing the Scripture about not letting the sun go down on your anger, Bob and Larry get into a big argument, and stay up all night being angry at each other, doing whatever it takes to stay awake.
• Bob’s Bad Breath: Bob becomes the store greeter at Pa Grapes’s store, meanwhile Larry doesn’t feel like brushing his tooth.
• Trading Places: Bob and Jimmy are tired of their respective roommates, Larry and Jerry, so they decide to swap, and get surprising results.
• Jimmy and Jerry are Rich: Bob and Larry act extra friendly to Jimmy and Jerry Gourd, who have just inherited a large fortune, just so they would buy them a monster truck.
• Feeling Hot Hot Hot: Petunia Rhubarb is left in charge of running Pa Grape’s store, but cannot resist the temptation to raise the temperature on the thermostat.
• Laura at Bat: Laura Carrot dreams of hitting a game-winning home run, but discovers that it takes more then dreaming in order to be good at something.
• Pie Fight: When Bob wins the annual Pie Baking contest, Madame Blueberry suspects him of cheating.
