Monster 500 #Review
We recently received these crazy, scary, exciting Monster 500 toys to review. I will admit they are a little creepy looking. However, if you have a kiddo who is really into zombies, scary clowns, and monsters – they are going to love this toy. Similar to Hot Wheels these tracks provide hours of racing fun.
The Monster 500 Graveyard Gauntlet Playset is a race track playset designed to launch scary die cast cars. Simply put the cars on each track and press down on the skull head to launch the cars. The 8 feet of purple track requires a significant space to play. My son had a blast racing Drac Attack and Turbo Chainsaw Massacre to the crazy skull head finish line. There is a swinging skull about half way down the track, that can knock your car off track. The winning car hits a “bone”, which pop’s up a flag and pop’s out the eye’s on the skull, showing who was the winner of the race.
The Monster 500 Toxic Terror Trap Playset allows kids can enjoy playing with their cars on this twisting, toxic, ghoulish track. The set includes the Evil Clownevil character. Cars can be placed cars on an elevator so that the hazmat mutant can bring the vehicles e to the top of the playset. Once at the top of the playset the cars can race down the track to the mouth of the twisting toxic monster. This set is battery powered by 3 AA batteries. The battery power allows the movement and sounds to make this playset more interactive.
