Adjustable Burger Press with Auto Expeller #Review

I recently was offered the opportunity to review this Bellemain Adjustable Burger Press with Auto Expeller and let me tell you….IT’S AMAZING! It makes BBQ up some burgers easy, consistent and delicious! You can make patties from 1/4″ to 1 1/2″ thick. All you have to do is turn the adjustment knob on the plunger, and the presser plate will be stopped at the level you chose. I found that using wax non-stick sheets on bottom and on top of the hamburger made the process totally non-stick and the clean up easy-peasy.

The Bellemain Adjustable Burger Press is made out of lightweight aluminum, built to last out of excellent quality materials. The Spring Load Pusher makes it easy to push down to get the patty the perfect shape.  My most favorite thing about the burger press is that it made my burgers with onions, cilantro, garlic and cheese, all hold together while cooking! Normally when I put a bunch of yummy goodness in my burgers they tend to want to fall apart while on the grill. With the burger press my burgers were all the exact same size, consistency and they held their shape while cooking!!!

Cleanup was a breeze! Simply wash all the parts by hand in warm, soapy water and put it back together.

I definitely give the Bellemain Adjustable Burger Press two thumbs up and highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys cooking or to give as a gift! I will NEVER make a burger again without mine…I just love it so much!

Cilantro Onion Fancy Cheese Burgers Recipe

Ingredients:

2 lbs Hamburger
1/3 cup finely chopped cilantro
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
2-3 cloves finely chopped garlic
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
Salt, Pepper, McCormicks Steak Seasoning or Johnny’s Seasoning (optional)

Directions:

Thoroughly mix all ingredients. Grab one handful of mix and roll into a ball. Place on the Bellemain Adjustable Burger Press and press into a perfect beautiful patty. Grill to your hearts content and enjoy! I guarantee this burger will be flavorful and juicy to perfection!
