Tuesday, October 4th: Ground Turkey Tacos
Ingredients:
- 1 package Ground Turkey
- Corn or flour Tortillas
- 1 cup chopped Onion
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
- 1/4 cup Cilantro
- 2 tbsp Lime juice
- Romaine lettuce (optional)
- Sour Cream (optional)
- Cheese (optional)
- Avocado (optional)
- Salsa (optional)
Directions:
- Drizzle olive oil in the bottom of the pan. Once the oil is hot, add the onion and garlic, saute until translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Add the ground turkey and season with cumin, chili powder, lime juice, cilantro, salt, and pepper. Cook until the turkey browns and is cooked through.
- Remove turkey mixture from heat. Start building your personalized and delicious taco!
