This gadget is much more than a vegetable peeler! On one side it cane peel your typical vegetable and on the other it can julienne slice! I am so excited! I have always wanted to be able to julienne my veggies and now I can do it so easily! The blade is super sharp and slices with very little effort. It is made of stainless steel and is dishwasher safe (although like most kitchen blades I recommend washing by hand.)
