I have always loved wearing my baby and the more kids I have the more I feel like baby wearing is a necessity! I have 4 kiddos and with each baby I have had a new baby carrier. To be honest I have always been on the hunt for the most comfortable, the one that will fit my baby the best basically perfect baby carrier!
What I have discovered is that there is no perfect carrier that will work from newborn to toddler perfectly. However, I must be totally honest, the Action Baby Carrier is the closest to perfect and best baby carrier for a front and/or back carrier for a larger baby or toddler! My son is 21 months now, and although he is very small in frame he is still a toddler and needed a carrier that held him like a toddler. Giving him the freedom to see around and the support to hold him up well on my body. I also needed a carrier that would support him with out killing my back! The Action Baby Carrier is extremely comfortable to wear…probably the most comfortable toddler carrier I have had yet!
I received the Action Baby Carrier in the Woodward print. I loved all the different prints they had to choose from and had such a difficult time picking just one (seriously I just wanted to get 3 different ones for fun)! They have several different options of prints from solid gender neutral colors to fun and unique patterns. I loved the soft green and blue car print on my baby carrier. I just felt it looked so unique.
Action Baby Carriers are made in the USA but are sold all over the world! There are two styles of baby carriers, the classic carriers can carry infant to 40 pounds and the toddler carriers can carry toddlers 15 to 45 pounds and is 3 inches longer than the classic carrier. The buckles on the carrier are seem very sturdy and the waist band is ample size for women of all statures. I am a smaller framed women, however I do believe it would fit a larger framed momma without the need of an extension.
I found that although the carrier is intentionally made larger than the typical baby carrier (since it is designed to hold larger babies/kids), it is extremely comfortable to wear. I like using mine for those long days we are out and about. My 21 month old Kyron loves to ride on my back while we walk around the zoo, or go on long walks. Amazingly some how the Action Baby Carrier distributes my sons weight in such a way he really doesn’t get too heavy or uncomfortable to wear.

Thanks for the great review! I just wanted to make sure you know that when you do a front carry, you can cross the straps in the back. For me this is much more comfortable, particularly with a toddler!
