Here is an easy craft project perfect for adding a little fun Fall decor to your home. All it takes is a little Mod Podge, silk leaves, mason jars, tea lights and some twine/rafia/ribbon to finish the look! I have recently become obsessed with DIY banners for my home! They are so easy, tons of fun to create and make my house look so adorably festive!
