Cabbage and Kielbasa Soup – another one of our favorite soup recipes! My kids and family all beg for this soup. Even if you are not a huge cabbage fan this soup really takes on the rich deep flavor of the delicious Kielbasa Sausage. It is such a fabulous soup for a cool Fall day. Ingredients: 1 1/2 cup diced Kielbasa 1 head of cabbage chopped 3 cans of Chicken broth (or 2 cubes chickenĀ bouillon) 2 cups of water 2-3 tbsp Butter Salt and Pepper 1 finely chopped onion 1 clove diced garlic Drizzle 2 tbsp Olive Oil in a saute pan (and 1/2 tbsp of butter if desired). Ham Bone Soup with White BeansĀ Ingredients: 1 ham bone, with some meat still on it 1 cup ham, chopped 3 cans chicken broth 3 cups water 2 cups northern white beans 1 onion, chopped 3 stalks of celery, chopped 3 large carrots, chopped 4 cloves garlic, chopped 2 large sweet potatoes, chopped Salt and pepper 2 tbsp butter Directions: In a large pot or dutch oven pour 3 cans of chicken broth, 1 cup water and beans.
