Monday: Homemade Chicken Pot Pie Ingredients 1 cup sliced carrots 1 cup sliced celery 1/2 cup onion 3 garlic clove minced 1 cup frozen peas and or corn ($0.75 off Green Giant Seasoned Steamers) 2 cups cooked, diced chicken breast 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup ($0.40 off any THREE Campbell’s Condensed Soups) 1/2 cup milk 2 homemade or store bought pie crusts ($0.40 off 3 Pillsbury Refrigerated Grands!) Ok here we go…I am excited to get back to posting my weekly meal plans…it is not only for you…but it also helps keep me on track with my weekly meal budget! Now I only post meals for Monday through Friday, because I expect most people have plans on the weekend or can eat left overs! Each meal plan and budget is planned for my family of six (I have 4 kids…3 of which eat like adults LOL)…so depending on your family size yours may cost a little more or a little less!!! Tuesday, July 3rd Country Style BBQ Pork, Corn on the Cob and Rice Wednesday, July 4th Polish Dogs, or Deluxe Sausage (hotdogs), or Hamburgers ***Polish/Sausages from Price Chopper $0.99 each ***Hamburger, buns and cheese Kmart this week (only $2.99 for all items!) Thursday, July 5th Lasagna and Salad ***use hamburger $2.99 from Kmart deal this week, and cottage cheese $039 from Hen House deal this week) Friday, July 6th Beef Stew and Garlic Bread ***My total cost for meals this week… approximately $10 (feeds my family of 6)

Ok so I am sitting here thinking about what to make for dinner…finally a thought came to me! (I know a rare occasion for me…lol) I have chicken breasts dethawed and lots of onions and colored peppers from Aldi’s (they are crazy cheap this week)!!! Ground Turkey Burgers with Cilantro and Feta Cheese Ingredients: Ground Turkey (Super cheap at Safeway this week! See the deal HERE) Feta Cheese 1 bunch of Cilantro 1/2 cup finely diced Onion (preferably a sweet onion) Directions: Dice 1/2 cup onions. 1 cup Cilantro and 2 cloves garlic. Mix the above mixture and 1 cups Feta cheese into the ground turkey. Make sure to really mix it well! Season with salt and pepper. BBQ until fully cooked. Roasted Veggies and Chicken Ingredients 3 large thighs or chicken breasts (I prefer dark meat) 2 cups asparagus, cut into halves 1 cup broccoli florets 1 cup cauliflower, cut into bite size pieces 2-3 white or red potatoes, halved (quartered if large) 1/2 onion, chopped into large pieces 2 tbsp olive oil 2-3 cloves garlic, diced Kosher Salt and pepper 1 cup parmigiana cheese (optional) (Vegetables you roast are optional, I chose veggies that are currently in season and at their lowest cost!)
