Decorating Tips for the 4th of July
This post was sponsored by Oriental Trading Company. All opinions are 100% honest and my own.
I love DIY’ing and making my own decorations for parties and get together’s, but sometimes I just don’t have the time or energy. In fact, right now while pregnant with my 5th baby I just can’t seem to find any energy AT ALL. Thank goodness there is Oriental Trading Company with so many awesome party decor options that fit right in with my own personal style and theme.
Did you know that Oriental Trading Company has more than just kids party and craft supplies? I love checking out their rustic home decor options. For the 4th of July they have some super awesome rustic patriotic decor and party supplies that are going to work perfectly for my upcoming get together. Since I won’t have a chance to take some photo’s of these supplies in use in my own home this year I wanted to show you what I ordered and am crazy excited to get and decorate with!
So first of all let me remind you, you don’t have to spend a fortune when decorating for your 4th of July party. Get some of these Oriental Trading Company to give your 4th of July party a fun festive flare. They are so well priced and add the perfect pop to your themed party.
I also love making my own banners, runners and garlands but sometimes I just don’t have the time or energy to make them myself. This year since I am feeling so exhausted with pregnancy I decided it would be a better fit for me to purchase these products. I found the perfect DIY looking banner, runner and garland all at Oriental Trading Company. To be honest they look just like the ones I would make myself! Even better I figure I probably paid the same or less by buying them already assembled then if I had went out and purchased all of the supplies myself.
The last tip I have for you is add a few fun pop’s! My favorite way to decorate my parties with themed food platters. They can be so simple, look awesome and of course serve a double purpose of feeding my guests and making the table look adorable. I almost ALWAYS make an American Flag Fruit platter for the 4th of July. It’s always a hit! I also enjoy making Angel Fruit Cake with blueberries, strawberries, and banana’s. It is a Red, White and Blue dessert and just looks so beautiful on the table!
