Keto Dark Chocolate Covered Espresso Beans

I love dark chocolate and I NEED caffeine to survive the day. So what’s better than a delicious homemade recipe for dark chocolate covered espresso beans that are not only amazing but are also totally Keto friendly?
This American Heritage Chocolate Finely Grated Chocolate is absolutely perfect for my dark chocolate espresso bean recipe. The finely grated chocolate melted so easy and smooth in just a matter of seconds in the microwave. I have literally never had chocolate melt so easy!

Here’s how I did it. Add 1/4 cup of the finely grated chocolate and 1 tsp of
vegetable shortening in a small mason jar and place in the microwave for 15 seconds. Remove from the microwave and stir and heat for another 10 seconds. The result was an incredibly smooth, easy to dip, melted chocolate sauce.

WOW! This American Heritage dark chocolate was so good! The chocolate
sauce turned out perfect all by itself, without any added sweeter. I could hardly contain myself from eating the sauce directly off the spoon. From now on, anytime I need to make anything with melted chocolate I am definitely getting this finely grated chocolate. No more chunky, burned or ridiculously slow to melt chocolate troubles here. From now just delicious, smooth, absolutely perfect dark chocolate.
