I have not personally had an experience with the Red Cross however I can tell you that they have touched my heart in so many ways through the years. I have watched through the news, social media and even from stories from friends and family how the Red Cross has jumped two feet into several very dangerous situations to help others. I have always respected and believed in the Red Cross and continue to be amazing by both the organization and the volunteers.

Now that I live in Kansas I am now in the center of tornado ally. Although I have not yet personally had to experience a life threatening tornado, we have had plenty of scares over the past few years. It has been during those severe storm warnings I have had my families security and safety as my top priority.
