Rock’N Learn Educational DVD’s #Review

I recently was offered the opportunity to review an award-winning Rock ‘N Learn educational DVD with my kids. We received the Sight Words Level 1 DVD, which was perfect for my youngest daughter. She is about to graduation Kindergarten next month, yet she still struggles with her sight words.

She immediately was so excited about the DVD. The idea that she was going to get more practice with her site words while “watching a movie” made us both happy. I love that you can break up the DVD into sections to learn one sight word at a time, or watch the whole thing right through (about 50 minutes). The DVD is fun, engaging and entertaining, as it teaches over 60 site words through songs, characters and repetitive practice.

Sight Words was designed specifically for children Pre K and older. It includes all pre-primer Dolch words, the top 20 from Fry’s, and more. A bonus section allows learners to practice the words in isolation, focusing on word shapes as well as spelling each  word.

I highly recommend Rock’N Learn DVD’s! They absolutely fabulous for kids of all ages. They have several different DVD series and topics, perfect for educating children of all ages!
