Surpahs Bamboo Cutting Board #Review

I received this Surpahs Bamboo 11×17 cutting to review. As a family of cooks we have TONS of different types of cutting boards. However, by far my favorite is my new Bamboo cutting board by Surpahs. I absolutely love bamboo…it’s beautiful to look at, durable and resists bacteria.

My thoughts: I found the Surpahs Bamboo cutting board to be very well made. The grain is absolutely beautiful and totally silky smooth to the touch. I love the groove that follows around the board. It catches all the juices from running off the board onto the counter. Also the triangular corner groove is great for pouring those juices without making a terrible mess. I have used my cutting board for cutting fruits, vegetables and even a juice pot roast…my board still looks fabulous. Even with having meat sitting on the board it looks brand new. Finally, I found this board to extremely sturdy for cutting and chopping, yet light enough to maneuver around the kitchen. I have only had this cutting board for just over a month, however I can tell it is going to last a LONG time!
