Chicken Cordon Bleu and Italian Hash Ingredients: 4-5 halved chicken breasts, pounded as thin as possible 3 cups bread crumbs 8 sprigs fresh thyme 3 cloves garlic, minced 2 tbsp butter 5 slices Prochutta Ham, or ham of choice 1-2 cups grated Gruyere Cheese 2 eggs 1/4 cup milk 2 cups flour Olive Oil Kosher Salt and Pepper Directions: Take a sheet of plastic wrap and loosely wrap chicken breast. Zuppa Toscana Soup Ingredients 1 pound Italian sausage 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes 1 large white onion, diced 3 large Russet potatoes, peeled and chopped 4 slices bacon chopped 3 cloves garlic, minced 8 cups chicken broth 2 cups Water 1 cup Heavy cream 3 cups Kale, washed and roughly chopped Salt and pepper, to taste Parmigiano Cheese Directions 1.
