Thursday, October 13th: Cabbage and Kielbasa Soup Ingredients: 1 1/2 cup diced Kielbasa 1 head of cabbage chopped 2 cans of Chicken broth (or 2 cubes chicken bouillon) 2 cups of water 2-3 tbsp Butter Salt and Pepper 1 finely chopped onion 1 clove diced garlic Directions: Drizzle 2 tbsp Olive Oil in a Dutch Oven. Saute chopped Kielbasa until browned. Saute Finely chop 1 onion and garlic until almost translucent. Add chopped cabbage and saute until soft. Add Chicken broth and water to mixture. Bring to a boil.
