    Tuesday, October 4th: Ground Turkey Tacos Ingredients: 1 package Ground Turkey Corn or flour Tortillas 1 cup chopped Onion 3 cloves Garlic, minced 1 tsp Cumin 1/2 tsp Chili Powder 1/4 cup Cilantro 2 tbsp Lime juice Romaine lettuce (optional) Sour Cream (optional) Cheese (optional) Avocado (optional) Salsa (optional) Directions: Drizzle olive oil in the bottom of the pan. Once the oil is hot, add the onion and garlic, saute until translucent, about 5 minutes.     Friday September 23rd: Free for All or Sauteed Clams in a White Wine and Butter Sauce Ingredients:  2-3 dozon Venus Clams 2 cup White Wine 1 can Chicken broth 1/2 cup water 3/4 cup Butter White Sugar 4 cloves diced garlic 1 tbsp finely diced Fresh Oregano or cilantro 1 small lemon, sliced into wheels Baguette Bread Directions: Soak Clams in a pot with water for approx. 5 min.     Ground Turkey Meatballs with Feta and Italian Tomato Sauce Ingredients: 1 lb Jennie-O Ground Turkey 1 cup Feta Cheese 1/2 cup chopped Cilantro 3/4 cup finely chopped Onion 1 Can Italian Tomatoes (optional) 1 Bay Leaf (optional) 1/2 cup diced colored Sweet Peppers 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar 2 tbsp Brown Sugar Directions: Pre-Heat oven to 350 Degrees F. Prepare sauce first. Drizzle 1 tbsp olive oil in a saute pan. Saute 1/4 cup finely chopped onion and diced Sweet Peppers.
