Zuppa Tuscana soup from the Olive Garden is my absolute favorite soup in the world. However, packing up my family of 6 every time I am craving it, is just not feasible.  Thank goodness I have discovered this amazing copycat recipe. Not only is this soup everything I hoped for but it is even better! I love that I can add extra Kale and Potatoes to make it a bit more hardy.
