One of my most favorites is this pineapple strawberry smoothie made with no added sugar or dairy. It is literally just fruit! Pineapple Strawberry Dairy Free Smoothie Ingredients 1/2 cup frozen strawberries 1/2 cup frozen pineapple 1/4 cup pineapple juice Directions Simple add your frozen strawberries and pineapple to a blender with the juice.
