Tuesday, October 4th: Ground Turkey Tacos Ingredients: 1 package Ground Turkey Corn or flour Tortillas 1 cup chopped Onion 3 cloves Garlic, minced 1 tsp Cumin 1/2 tsp Chili Powder 1/4 cup Cilantro 2 tbsp Lime juice Romaine lettuce (optional) Sour Cream (optional) Cheese (optional) Avocado (optional) Salsa (optional) Directions: Drizzle olive oil in the bottom of the pan. Once the oil is hot, add the onion and garlic, saute until translucent, about 5 minutes. Add the ground turkey and season with cumin, chili powder, lime juice, cilantro, salt, and pepper.
