I think it may have run out of prints 🙁 Sorry…but keep your eye open, it may come back up again this week!!

I just left my Walgreens VERY frustrated! I purchased 2 Colgate Optic White toothpaste & 1 pack of Walgreen’s pads. I used 2 $1.50 off toothpaste coupons, paid & did NOT receive my RR for the toothpaste OR the pads. The Manager told me I didn’t get them because I used a coupon. When I asked him why I didn’t get the RR on the pads (which I did not have a coupon for) he said it’s because I used a coupon in the transaction, & to get the RR for the pads, they would have to be a separate transaction. Needless to say, I was disgusted at the policy in which I had never heard of nor seen posted anywhere in the store. I promptly returned my entire purchase & do not plan on shopping at Walgreens again, even the pharmacy!

Wow! That is not correct at all! I am so sorry about your experience. I have had a few like that in my past as well…and it is very irritating and discouraging! I would take a break from Walgreen’s for awhile…and try a DIFFERENT one when you feel up to it again. As far as the coupon policy…I ALWAYS carry one with me especially for Walgreens and Walmart stores! They tend to be the worst at “making up” there own policies on the fly. I can tell you that I did my deals already for Walgreens this week and my RR’s printed fine…so it must have either been a glitch or possibly you grabbed the wrong size or item? Not sure…either way the cashier should have been able to help you out with that. I am SO sorry that you had a bad experience! Please dont give up…simply take a “Breather” and jump back on the horse when you are ready! Let me know if there is anything I can do to help!
