YAY! FREE kids haircuts at JCPenney starting in November!!!

Hooray!!! Beginning in November kids kindergarten through sixth grade will get free haircuts every Sunday at JCPenney stores.

The best part is that this time around the offer will be permanent!!! Every Sunday from November on they will offer FREE kids cuts…just make sure to schedule your appointment ahead of time!!!
