Cilantro Feta Turkey Burger Lettuce Wraps
I love to grill all summer long. One of my most favorite light summertime meals is this Cilantro Feta Turkey Burger Wraps. It tastes simply divine and is extremely light/low calories. No more feeling weighted down while you are enjoying your summertime bbq, swimming and other activities!
Ingredients
2 lbs Jennie-O Ground Turkey
1 cup chopped cilantro
1 cup crumbled feta
Seasonings: salt, pepper, McCormick Montreal Steak Grill Mates Seasoning
Toppings: tomatoes, avocado, feta, cilantro, lettuce, ketchup…other
Directions
- In a large bowl mix raw ground turkey with all ingredients. I recommend using your bare hands (or with gloves) to really get all of the flavors to merge well together. Grab a handful raw meat mixture and form into large balls. Flatten balls into patties.
- Place patties on a hot grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side. (Flip when the patty easily releases from the grill top).
- Serve over lettuce with a side of fresh avocado, tomatoes, fetta and whatever else you like on your burgers!
