DIY Candy Corn Inspired Wreath

candy corn wreath

Ever since I was a little girl I have loved Candy Corn! Now that I am a mom, I get the joy of sharing some of my favorite things with my kiddos. This Candy Corn Wreath is the perfect little touch of color in your home or on your door while celebrating Fall and of course your love for Candy Corn!

This fun little wreath is super easy to make and will really impress your guests. Even if you are not a big “Halloween” person (which I am not) this wreath is a great way to participate in the fun colors of this season.

Directions

  1. Cut tulle into 12″ inch strips. You will need about 40 yards of each color cut into these 12 inch strips.

  2. Begin by tying the orange tulle to the outer piece of metal frame. Make sure as you do this you are pulling and tying each piece of tulle through in the same direction.
  3. Once the entire outer rim is filled with the orange tulle, then you are going to repeat this step with the yellow tulle. Only this time since there are four levels to the wire frame you are going to skip one level and place the yellow tulle on the second from the last level.
  4. Repeat once more for the white tulle. This time tying the white tulle on the bottom level (inner most piece to the middle).

  5. Now that your wreath is filled full of orange, yellow and white tulle – making a beautiful candy corn affect, you can decorate the wreath to give it a little extra pop!
  6. I used a pre-made flower I purchased and some super cute little candy corn with ghosts swag I found in the silk flower section.
