My husband LOVES his energy drinks…in fact I would border on saying he may have a slight addiction. So when I heard about Energems a bite-sized energy supplement I was super excited to try them out! I am always giving my husband a hard time about his drinks and how they can’t be healthy for him. Plus they can be SO expensive!

Energem are tasty little hard coated treats made with real milk chocolate, B Vitamins, caffeine and a proprietary energy blend. They make a energy drink replacers as they are meant to enhance memory, focus and concentration. Not only do these little goodies work to give you energy they are actually really yummy! There are 3 different flavors to choose from: Chocolate, Mint and Peanut Butter. The mint ones were my absolute FAVORITE!

I didn’t feel a surge of energy like I had taken something artificial…however I did feel more awake, aware and energized after eating just 3 gems. There are 9 gems per box.  A single serving  (3 gems) has the caffeine equivalent of a cup of coffee. Each gem has only 15 calories and less than 1 gram of fat.
