How to Get Off the Naughty List – BACON!

Bacon for Santa

As you know, not everyone is perfect – and well you might be wondering how can you (or your kiddo) get off the naughty list this year. It’s really pretty simple. Typically everyone leaves Santa cookies and milk, but he gets tired of nothing but sweets and dairy. Leave him a little something special – something EVERYONE loves….BACON! That’s right this year you can escape the doom of the naughty list by simply leaving out some bacon for Santa. It really doesn’t matter what kind of bacon you make for him, Applewood, thick cut, peppered, double smoked – he loves them all the same!

But that’s not all – getting off the naughty list takes a little more effort than that! Don’t just leave out a few strips of bacon for Santa and think that’s going to do the trick. Show Santa you are sorry and are truly a caring person by helping fight hunger in Kansas City this holiday season! You see Farmland will donate one pound of protein to Harvesters (The Community Food Network) up to 25,000 pounds total, when you share the hashtag #BaconForSanta on social media saying that you are leaving out bacon for Santa this Christmas!

So go the distance. Help Kansas City Royals legend Mike Sweeney and Farmland spread the word that milk and cookies are great, but what Santa really wants this year is bacon! Plus remember if that’s what it takes to get ou have the naughty list – it’s worth a try! You have until December 24 to pledges on your social media channels to leave bacon for Santa this Christmas Eve! Don’t forget you must use hashtag #BaconForSanta if you want off that naughty list and want to help contribute to donating protein to Harvesters.
