Love Conquers Hate – GiveForward Campaign

This post was sponsored by GiveForward. All opinions are honest and my own. love conquers hate

You may have heard about the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge prank that was played on a 14 year old autistic boy in Bay Village, Ohio. What happened was absolutely appalling and unimaginable. Three teens “challenged” a fourteen-year-old boy with Autism to take the ALS Ice bucket challenge. Instead of ice water when it came time to complete the challenge, the teens dumped a bucket filled with urine, spit and feces. See more about this article HERE.

Because I am outraged by this horrible act and appalled that something that was meant to be for a good cause could be turned so perverse, I am helping share this GiveForward Fundraiser. We want to prove to this boy and his family that there is more love in this world than hate.  GiveForward started this awesome fundraiser for this boy to show him love, rather than hate. It is important to she that he is the brave hero in this situation for being able to come out and talk about what happened and know the difference between right and wrong.
GiveForward is the world’s leading fundraising site for helping people in need. They want people to know that there is something they can do to help when horrible situations such as these happen. If people come together and give support when they need it most it can truly make a difference.  You can make a difference too!
