Banana Maple Nut Oatmeal

 

Doesn’t this overnight no bake oatmeal look simply divine? That’s right this fan-tabulous jar of goodness you are drooling over is a no cook oatmeal with maple syrup, banana’s and pecans. It is sweet, crunching, smooth, healthy and extremely easy to make.

I am in love with these delightful overnight oatmeal’s. They only take a few minutes to construct, put them in the refrigerator to “finish” overnight and they are ready to devour when you wake up in the morning!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oatmeal
  • 1/4 cup vanilla greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Almond milk
  • 1 TBSP Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 1/4 cup pecans (chopped and/or whole)
  • 1-2 TBSP Maple Syrup

Instructions

  1. In a pint size mason jar or similar sized container of choice, add oatmeal, greek yogurt, chia seeds and almond milk. place lid on tightly and shake well.
  2. Let sit overnight in the refrigerator.
  3. In the morning add banana’s, maple syrup and pecans. Mix together and eat cold (or warm for about 30 seconds in the microwave).
