Passion Tea Lemonade Starbucks Copycat Recipe
I have a new love Starbucks Passion Tea Lemonade! Unfortunately it’s so stinking expensive from Starbucks. That’s why I am super excited about this amazing copycat recipe, that not only tastes EXACTLY like Starbucks but it costs 1/16th of the price! Even better I can make the adjustments I want – more sugar, less sugar, more lemonade, more tea – the flavor is not in my hands and I LOVE IT!
Ingredients
- 2 bags Tazo Passion Tea
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup Simply Lemonade
- 1 oz Starbucks Simple Syrup or 2 TBSP sugar
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
- In a tea kettle, boil 2 cups of water.
- In a large mug steep 2 bags of Tazo Passion Tea in the boiling water for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove tea bags. Add sugar and vanilla extract.
- Place mixture in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours to cool completely.
- To make the perfect Passion Tea Lemonade, add 1 cup of the tea mixture, 1/2 cup Simply Lemonade and ice to a large glass. Finish with a cute straw, a good book and enjoy! 🙂
