Several states nationwide offer a Tax Free shopping day! Several states have started their TAX FREE WEEKEND for back to school shopping THIS WEEKEND! If you live in or around a state participating in tax free shopping this weekend…you might want to get in the car and go now!

Alabama – August 1-3, 2014 – applies to clothing under $100, school supplies under $50, books under $30 and computer equipment under $750. For more information  

Arkansas – August 2-3, 2014 , applies to clothing and school supplies under $100. For more information 

Connecticut – August 17-23, 2014 – applies to clothing and shoes under $300. For more information

Florida – May 31 – June 8th 2014 – hurricane preparedness equipment – $20 to $50 and generators – $750. For more information

Florida – August 1-3 2014 back to school applies to clothing under $100, computers under $750 and back to school supplies under $15. For more information 

Georgia – August 1-2, 2014 – applies to school supplies under $20, clothing under $100, and computers under $1,000. For more information

Georgia – October 3-5 for energy star/WaterSense products – $1,500. For more information
