Spring Cleaning: One Task, One Day at a Time!
It’s Spring Break in our house! Which means I am feeling some Spring cleaning coming on in this house! Although I do still have to work, my daughter still has 4 hours of gymnastics everyday and we still need to have some fun time as a family; I am hoping to get some major projects done around this house.
Since I am sure I am not the only one with some chores and Spring cleaning that needs to be done, I thought I would share with you some my goals and plans for the week, in hoping maybe in will inspire you. 🙂
Monday Plan
Cleaning Project: Clean and organize kids closets (2 rooms = 3 closets).
Fun Family Time: Family movie before bed with popcorn, pizza and rootbeer floats!
Household Chore for the day: Fold and put away laundry (I have about 10 loads already washed that need to be put away).
Tuesday Plan
Cleaning Project: Clean storage under the stairs and find space to put away Kyron’s baby items he no longer uses.
Fun Family Time: Lunch play date at the park (or mall park) with friends.
Household Chore for the day: Vacuum and mop whole house.
Wednesday Plan
Cleaning Project: Clean kitchen counter tops and junk drawer.
Fun Family Time: ZOO DAY!!!!!
Household Chore for the day: Clean bathrooms.
Thursday Plan
Cleaning Project: Re-organize family room and create a kids play area.
Fun Family Time: Park play date with friends and sleep over.
Household Chore for the day: Sort kids clothes and send them to ThredUp (an online consignment store).
Friday Plan
Cleaning Project: Clean outside storage shed.
Fun Family Time: Possible out of town family trip and hotel stay!
Household Chore for the day: Change all bedding and wash.
