Weekly Meal Plan…Tuesday: Ground Turkey Tacos…YUM YUM

Tuesday, October 4th: Ground Turkey Tacos

Ingredients:

  • 1 package Ground Turkey
  • Corn or flour Tortillas
  • 1 cup chopped Onion
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • Romaine lettuce (optional)
  • Sour Cream (optional)
  • Cheese (optional)
  • Avocado (optional)
  • Salsa (optional)

Directions:

  1. Drizzle olive oil in the bottom of the pan. Once the oil is hot, add the onion and garlic, saute until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add the ground turkey and season with cumin, chili powder, lime juice, cilantro, salt, and pepper. Cook until the turkey browns and is cooked through.
  3. Remove turkey mixture from heat. Start building your personalized and delicious taco!
