Zike Z100 #Review (Best riding toy on the market! Is it a scooter or a bike? You decide!)
What a day! We spent the entire day outside with our 4 kids and close friends riding our new favorite toy the Zike Z100! It’s a combination of a bike and a scooter, and it’s amazing! Seriously the inventor of this product was totally genius! The Zike is so easy to ride that any kid who know’s how to ride a bike can pick it up and ride it. In fact, today we had 5 kids ages 6-10 years old and all 5 of them were able to hop right on and ride with no problem at all.
The Zike is the perfect riding toy for kids ages 5 and up. We have the Zike Z100. It is designed for kids ages 5-8 years old with a weight limit up to 150 lbs. However, my daughter who is 10 years old has pretty much taken ownership of it. Even both my husband and I gave it a try today. Neither of us weight 150 lbs so we thought it would be ok to test it out ourselves (we couldn’t help ourselves…it just looked like so much fun)! Let me tell you…it was even more fun to ride than it looked! I can totally see us getting a one for everyone in the family and going on family Zike rides.

It’s so refreshing to find such a unique and quality made riding toy fit for the whole family. The design is flawless and build to last. I am sure ours will last through all 4 of our kids and many more! It is equipped with an easy to use hand brake that works fabulously. My kids were able to go on Zike rides with their dad up and down several hills and were totally safe.
I was really impressed by how easy the Zike is to ride. It is a combination of a bike and a scooter. You stand like you are on a scooter but you peddle on long paddles (it feels like you are doing a stair master) to make it move. Even though the tires are small, I was really impressed how fast the Zike could go with very little effort.
So the big question…do I recommend this product? Y-E-S! I definitely recommend Zike bike/scooters to everyone of all ages.
