Brunswick Stew Recipe

Brunswick Stew

This New Brunswick Stew is one of our favorite soups! Plus it’s super easy to make. With only 15 minutes of prep time and a quick toss in the crockpot! So tasty and hearty this soup will indulge your senses for sure!

We typically make this stew the day after making Pulled Pork Sliders (recipe HERE). We use our left over pulled pork to put into the stew and viola a whole new and delicious meal!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Shredded or Pulled BBQ Pork
  • 1 cup carrots, diced
  • 1 cup onions, diced
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 can Italian Stewed Tomatoes
  • 2 cans chicken broth
  • 2 large russet potatoes, 1 inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup BBQ Sauce (we use Sweet Baby Rays)
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)

Directions

Prep all ingredients and put them into your crock pot in any order (or even better use a Ninja Cooking System…it’s the best!) Cook on high for 4-5 hours. Serve and enjoy!

***I am a huge fan of the Ninja 4 in 1 Cooking System! It is so much more than a crock pot. The Ninja cooks your food faster, more efficiently and with so much more flavor than a typical crock pot! We use ours nearly everyday! I don’t think I could live without my Ninja! (FYI I am not being paid to promote this product…I just love it that much!)
