Blueberry Cobbler Overnight Oatmeal Recipe

Whether you are an oatmeal lover or not – this overnight no bake refrigerator oatmeal is the BOMB!!! No joke it is seriously so delicious…my new favorite breakfast!

The best part is they take only a few minutes to prepare, put them in the refrigerator and then let them sit overnight. When you get up in the morning they are deliciously ready to eat!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Blueberries
  • 1 TBSP Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 cup Rolled Oatmeal (not quick oats)
  • 1 TBSP Chia Seeds (optional)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 TBSP Vanilla or Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 cup milk of choice (Almond, Soy, ect)
  • Dash of Cinnamon
  • Pint jars or similar sized container

Directions

  1. Add oatmeal, yogurt, milk, vanilla and chia seeds in a jar/container. Tightly place lid on the jar and shake until well mixed. Place in the refrigerator overnight.
  2. In the morning add blueberries, maple syrup and cinnamon.  Eat cold or heat in the microwave in 30 second increments (I heat mine because it allows the blueberries to burst which adds another depth of flavor).
