Peaches n’ Cream Overnight Oatmeal (no bake recipe)

I am seriously in love with these overnight oatmeal’s. My newest favorite is Peaches n’ Cream Overnight Oatmeal. It is delicious, easy to make, fabulous for making ahead and even better there is absolutely NO BAKING required. It tastes like a peach dessert, but it’s actually healthy!

Plus you can make this recipe totally gluten free by using gluten free oatmeal. Or make it dairy free by using Almond milk and dairy free yogurts. There are several fabulous alternatives for this recipe to make it suitable for your needs.

Peaches n’ Cream Overnight Oatmeal

Ingredients

1/2 cup rolled oats (oatmeal)
1/4 cup vanilla greek yogurt
1/2 cup fresh or canned peaches
1 TBSP Chia Seeds
1 tsp vanilla extract
Sprinkle of cinnamon
1/4 cup milk of choice (Almond, Soy, ect)
Pint jars or similar sized container

Directions

  1. Add oatmeal, yogurt, milk, vanilla and chia seeds in a jar/container. Tightly place lid on the jar and shake until well mixed. Place in the refrigerator overnight.
  2. In the morning add peaches, cinnamon and a dab more greek yogurt. Eat cold or heat in the microwave in 30 second increments.
