Here is my own Creamy Cheesey Broccoli and Cauliflower soup recipe I am making for dinner tonight! I thought I would share with you all!!! Let me know if you try it!!!! Ingredients: 3 tbs butter 1 medium sized onion, finely chopped 2 cloves garlic, finely diced 3 cans chicken broth (I use my homemade chicken stock) 1 head of broccoli 1 head of cauliflower Salt and pepper 2 cups of grated cheese 1 tbsp flour 1 1/2 cup of 2% milk or half & half Directions: Cut broccoli and cauliflower into florets and boil in chicken stock until al dente (soft but still firm), about 15 minutes.
