Raspberries N’ Cream Overnight Oatmeal

I know I have shared a few of these overnight oatmeal recipes, but I HAD to share this Raspberries N’ Cream recipe with you. It’s by far my most favorite – I have eaten this one everyday for the past week!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oatmeal
  • 1/4 cup vanilla greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Almond milk
  • 1 TBSP Chia Seeds
  • 1/4 cup fresh Raspberries
  • 1/4 cup cashew, slivered
  • 1 TBSP Raspberry Preserve (or jam)

Instructions

  1. In a pint size mason jar or similar sized container of choice, add oatmeal, greek yogurt, chia seeds and almond milk. place lid on tightly and shake well.
  2. Let sit overnight in the refrigerator.
  3. In the morning add raspberry preserve, fresh raspberries and top with cashew slivers. Mix together and eat cold (or warm for about 30 seconds in the microwave).
