Raspberries N’ Cream Overnight Oatmeal
I know I have shared a few of these overnight oatmeal recipes, but I HAD to share this Raspberries N’ Cream recipe with you. It’s by far my most favorite – I have eaten this one everyday for the past week!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oatmeal
- 1/4 cup vanilla greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup Almond milk
- 1 TBSP Chia Seeds
- 1/4 cup fresh Raspberries
- 1/4 cup cashew, slivered
- 1 TBSP Raspberry Preserve (or jam)
Instructions
- In a pint size mason jar or similar sized container of choice, add oatmeal, greek yogurt, chia seeds and almond milk. place lid on tightly and shake well.
- Let sit overnight in the refrigerator.
- In the morning add raspberry preserve, fresh raspberries and top with cashew slivers. Mix together and eat cold (or warm for about 30 seconds in the microwave).
