Roasted Vegetable & Chicken Linguine
If you LOVE vegetables like me than you are going to love this Roasted Vegetable & Chicken Linguine. Loaded with tons of tasty veggies this pasta is always a huge hit! Ingredients 2 Chicken Breasts 1 cup Sugar Snap Peas 1 cup Baby Carrots 1/2 cup diced Red Onion 4-5 chopped cloves Garlic 1 cup Spinach 1 cup Cauliflower Florets 3/4 package dried Linguine pasta noodles Olive Oil Salt and Pepper Grated Parmesan Cheese, optional Directions In a large pot bring water to a boil and add linguine noodles.
